Remote South Korea Program Coordinator
We are looking for a new team member to join our team as Korea Program Coordinator. Do you want to apply the experiences you’ve had living abroad to a position in a growing international company? Apply to help others embark on a life-changing journey and prepare for moving abroad.
Xplore is an international TESOL training and job placement organisation that is currently hiring for a remote working position supporting English teachers in their plans to move abroad to teach English in South Korea.
We provide teacher training and culture courses for people who are preparing to teach English abroad. We guide applicants through the job placement processes to assist with finding their ideal teaching position. We assist the teacher with visa processes, preparation for travel and support the teacher throughout their experience abroad.
Position Responsibilities

- Coordinating pre-arrival logistics for participants on the South Korea program.
- Be a mentor for participants that are making their first steps towards teaching abroad.
- Provide detailed guidance and feedback on preparing job applications and visa documentation.
- Updating and maintaining participant records.
- Answer all pre-arrival queries and questions.
- Support participants once they arrive in-country.
Position Requirements
- Experience living and teaching in South Korea is required.There is a strong preference for those that have worked in South Korea in an ESL teaching setting.
- This position requires excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to follow directions, manage multiple projects, be mature and organized, and work well in a team setting.
- The ideal candidate will have a positive and empathetic approach to working with people.

TESOL Instructor in Incheon, South Korea
Job Opportunity: TESOL Instructor in Incheon with Xplore
Xplore is now hiring for a TESOL Instructor to join our team and lead our comprehensive 120-hour in-class TEFL/TESOL Certification Course (Ofqual Level 5) in Incheon!
At Xplore, we provide teacher training and culture courses for people who are preparing to teach English abroad. The teach abroad program begins with our 120-hour In-Class TEFL/TESOL Certification Course (Ofqual Level 5) with extensive lesson planning and presentation, which culminates in a non-profit English practicum.
Position: TESOL Instructor
Location: Unseo-Dong, Incheon
Salary: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
Duration: Each course runs for 3-weeks, and the dates for 2025 and 2026 are as below
2025 Dates
- August 4 – August 22nd (Training/shadowing)
- September 29th – October 17th
- November 24th – December 12th
2026 Dates
- January 26th – February 13th
- March 30th – April 17th
- May 25th – June 12th
- August 3rd – August 21st
- September 5th – September 25th
- November 7th – November 20th
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging TESOL lessons to course participants.
- Guide and mentor aspiring teachers through the 120-hour program.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Xplore team and fellow instructors.
- Provide high-quality TESOL instruction using the Xplore methodology
- Provide quality feedback on student assignments
- Provide quality feedback on student lesson presentations
- Prepare high-quality final reports per student
- Facilitate the English practicum, observe and provide feedback on student performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, TEFL/TESOL, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of teaching experience (preferably in South Korea)
- TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Korean is advantageous
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
- Visa that allows you to legally live and work in Korea (visa sponsorship not available)
Training: Xplore’s 120-hour Online TESOL course and approximately 20 hours of compulsory training are required before being qualified to teach the course. In-person Shadowing in May/June is also part of the onboarding and training process

(Alumni Only) Short Form Video Ambassadors
We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity for teachers in the field to join our Short Form Video Ambassadors on a part-time or as-needed basis! This project aims to capture authentic classroom, life-abroad, and travel experiences from our teachers, which will be used to create dynamic content for our social media.
Position Overview:
- Role: Content Consultant (Part-Time/As-Needed)
- Responsibilities:
- Create reel video content that showcases classroom activities, teaching life abroad, and local cultural experiences.
- Collaborate with our team to meet specific content requests. These requests may include raw footage or polished, edited videos, depending on the project needs.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the content meets branding and quality standards.
Compensation:
- Payment will be competitive and based on the type and quality of the content submitted. Rates are currently being finalized and will vary depending the type of reel
Hiring Details:
- We are looking to hire 5-10 teachers initially for this project, ensuring manageable coordination and high-quality content.
- Each teacher will be expected to create reels on an as-needed basis. Volume may vary based on project needs and demand.
Key Qualifications:
- Teachers must be able to capture high-quality video footage showcasing their teaching and life-abroad experiences.
- Familiarity with editing software is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow content guidelines.
