Lom Sak, Petchabun
Lom Sak is a typical Issan town located almost smack-dab in the middle of the country. Far from the tourist path, you won’t find many activities or places that cater to westerners, but there are plenty of Thai restaurants, a couple bars, and a lively Saturday market.
Lom Sak is located in a rather rural area, and time spent in this city is sure to give any visitor a taste of the authentic Thai rural perspective. Nam Nao National Park is located in the outskirts of Petchabun province, and is a great place to experience the natural beauty of the Issan region.
